Bio
Where I’ve Been
What I am doing now
I'm a singer-songwriter working independently, writing music that comes straight from lived experience rather than trends. My songs are built on honest stories, vivid lyrics, and real emotion, Music meant to be felt, not polished into pop formulas. I write about love, loss, faith, grit, and the quiet moments in between, blending the edge of rock with the soul of country. Every line matters, every melody serves the story, and the goal is always the same: to tell my truth as sincerely as I can. These songs are all written and recorded by myself and REAL musicians, its a shame I have to add that. There is no AI used to compose, record or produce these songs.
A lifetime ago I was a singer-songwriter working odd jobs and living in Nashville trying to find an audience. I was very naive at the time and was disillusioned by the red tape and backroom bullshit of Nashville. After one recording deal that I walked away from and another that fell through in a two year period, the business of music finally ground me down and I walked away, trading guitars for a badge to support my growing family.
As a police officer I learned a different kind of rhythm, the pulse of streets at 3 a.m., the weight of human tragedy and triumph. So for years the music slept, buried under duty, doubt, and silence. Time has a way of sharpening truth, not dulling it, and now the songs are coming back, rougher, wiser, written just for me, writing and performing what I like, no longer stuck to fixed industry formats.
I still believe in the strange, saving power of a melody and the continuing idea of freedom. What I am recording now isn’t chasing hits or approval, it’s a testimony, earned line by line, from someone who left my dream, lived a life, and came back with something that finally matters to me.
